Each of our ten artists has selected a place that is significant to them. We will each produce ten small pieces of work, one per month, inspired by this special place.

St Martin in the Bullring is the original Parish Church of Birmingham. Built on the site of its 13th Century predecessor, it stands right next to the magnificent Selfridges building, an iconic architectural landmark, built in 2003.

Opened in 2013, the Library of Birmingham is viewed as a flagship project for the City's redevelopment. It has been described as the largest regional library in Europe, and had over 2 million visitors in 2014 making it the 10th most popular visitor attraction in the UK. The library has a 'secret garden' on the 7th floor with views overlooking the city centre and beyond.
